Milledoeville, Dec. 13, 1866. The Senate met at 9 1-2 o’cloci and was opened with prayer by Rev. Dr. Manson. of the Senate. The Senate reconsidered its action in re jecting the Appropriation bill and passed the same. The memorial introduced yesterday by Mr. Butler to the Congress of the United States, with resolutions in relation to the appoint ment of a commissioner from the State by the Governor to ascertain .on what terms Georgia can be admitted to the Union, were taken up, and, on motion of Mr. Blount, laid on the table the balance of the session. Under the ordinance of tbe Convention, the Judge hee no right to tell tbe jury not to coneider evidence of tbe value of Confederate currency at tbe time the contract was made, and restrict them to tbe veins at the time the debt became due.
