E. Lloyd and Hartridge & Chisolm, Solicitors for the
petitioners, ordered, that all parties holding claims
against or the Bills of said Planters’ Bank of the
State of Georgia, do present the same to the said
George W. Anderson and Hugh W. Mercer, Assignees
of said Baok, within six months from tbe date of the
publication of this order, or he forever debarred from*
any participation in the assets in the hands or said
Assignees to be dialiibuted; and that at the expiration
of said six months the said Assignees shall distribute
and pay over the assets in their hands as Assignees,
after deducting commissions and (.expenses, to the
creditors who shall then have filed their claims, pro
rata, according to their legal priorities; and upon
their making such distribution and payments the
said Assignees shall be forever discharged from all
responsibility for said trust. And it is further or

the City of Savannah.
Sec. l. The Mayor and Aldermen of the city of Sa
vannah, in Council assembled, do hereby ordain:
That from and after the passage of this ordinance ihe
rates of fare for the conveyance of any psssengerind
bis or her baggage from any point in said city to my
other point in tbe same, by any cab, hack, carnage,
omnibus, or other vehicle, shall be fifty cents and no
more;, provided always that where tbe baggage of
any uassenger shall exceed one hundred pounds in
weight, an extra charge of not more than twenty-fire
ta for each additional piece shall be allowed, and"
y be received for conveying such excess of bag
gage; and provided also, that only one-half said rates
shall bo allowed for carrying children under twelve

rity aforesaid; That any driver, conductor or owner
of any such cab, hack, -carriage, omnibus dr other

Savannah, in Oonncil assembled, do hereby ordain,

ber, and the spaces between the timbers, except the
