William Luck it*, deceaied, in his
life time, to wit, on die 6ch day of
May, 1796, entered into a certain
inllrument of writing for the con
veyance of a certain trad of land,
containing four hundred acres, to
William Brown, (a copy of which
is filed in this office) which bond
or inftrument of writing was align
ed or transferred on the 6th day of
Odoher, 1806, by the faid William
Brown unto the faid John Wool
dridge, and is nowin his pofieffion,
and that the laid Luckie departed
this lire without executing ticks to
