Poole to the said Samuel, (a copy of which is filed in the Clerk’s office, annexed to the petition of the said Samuel,) and the said Sarnupl having prayed that the administratrix of said de«- ceased may be directed to'execute titles to the said Samuel, in terms of said contract.
