U PON the petition of Seaborn Jones and Robert M’Combs, praying the foreclosure of the Equ of Redemption in and to certain Tracts or parcels of Land situate in the county of Gwinnett and State of Georgia, viz. all that Tractor parcel of.Land situate and being in the state and county aforesaid, contain ing Two Hundred and Forty or Three Hundred and Forty Acres, more or less, being part of a Tract granted tq'Caleb Russell, adjoining lanes of Shadrick Bogan, John Winn, and Isham Williams, and Haw- kin’s Old Line, and near the waters of, the Suwarra and Appal&che Rivers: also, that Tract or parcel of Land containing Fifty Acres, more or less, being part of Lot No. 208, and bought by the said Dunlap, of Mrs. Mary Wilder, lying on the head waters of the Alcovy, in the county aforesaid—which said Tracts of Land were mortgaged by the said Patrick L. Dun lap, of the county of Baldwin, in said state, to the said Jones & M’Combs, on the 15th day of May, in the year 1826, to secure the said Jones' & M’Combs for any responsibility or loss which they might incur and sustain by reason of being security for the said Patrick L. Dunlap, as contractor for supplying the Penitentiary of the State of Georgia with Rations, and also to secure the payment of sevdfal notes hel< 1 by the said Seaborn Jones for rent and for other pur poses, in the said mortgage specified:—Andthesaic Patrick L. Dunlap having made default—-On motion of Hines Holt, attorney for petitioner, it is ordered, That unless the said Patrick L. Dunlap, or his repre sentatives, do pay into the Clerk's office of the Su perior Court of said county, the amount necessary for the purposes in the said mortgage specified, together with all costs, within twelvemonths, that his Equity of Redemption in and to the said mortgaged pre mises bo from thenceforth forever barred and fore closed.—And it is further ordered, That a copy of this Rule be published in one of the public gazettes of this statp once a month for twelve months, or served oh the said Patrick L. Dunlap, his agent, or representatives, at least six months before the time the- said stun of money is ordered to be paid into Court. RULE NISI. in the Inferior Court of Clark county, silling for Ordi nary purposeSeptember Term, 1827. r PON tie petition of Jonathan Ward, stating that Robert Flournoy, late of Chatham county, deceased, in his life time, executed his Bond to make titles to said Jonathan to Two Hundred and Eighty- Seven and cine half Acres of Land, more or less, ly ing and being in Greene county, granted to Young, adjoining Lands of said Jonathan, and Lands grant ed to Lewis Bobough, including a place called Burne’s Old Field, (a copy of which Bond is to said Petition annexed,) and stating further, that said Rebett departed this life without executing said titles, having first executed his Will and leaving John A. Cobb and Robert W.
