order of the Honourable the Court of Ordinary of
Hall county, will be sold, at the Court-house door in
said county, the whole of the Real Estate of Abel Pear
son, deceased, consisting of Several Thousand Acres
of Land, lying in Hall county. Sold for the benefit of
the heirs and creditors of said deceased.—Sale to con

TTN pursuance of an order of the honourable, the Court

first Monday in May next, at the Court-house in said
county,,the following NEGROES, belonging to the
Estute of Isaac J. Barrett, deceased, to wit: Jim, Sil
vey, Pomp, young Jim, Patsey, and Sarah.
Also, On the first Tuesday in June next, at the Court
homo of the county in which a Tract of Lund drawn
by Isaac J. Barrett now lies, being Lot No. 32, in the
Twenty-third district of YVilkinson county at tho time
of drawing, but now supposed to lie in 'Twiggs.
Also, On the first Tuesday in July next, at the Court
louse in Elbert county, a Lot of Land in paid county
lelonging to the estate of Isaac J. Barrett, containing
250 acres, more or less.—Sold for tho benefit of the
reirs and creditors of said deceased.

notes with approved security (hr all sums over five dol
lars, and for all sums under that amount the cash will
