deceased, did in his iife-time execute unto Gcorce
W. Meriweiher a bond fortifies to one-half of n certain
tract of land, situate, lying and being in the county of
Clark, formerly owned by Harmon Runnals, on the
road leading to Ualham’s furry, and which was pur
chased join«lv by the said William Meriwether and
George 'V. Meriwether, containing five hundred and
cighty-ono acres, more or less, and the titles of said
iaid being in the said William Meiiwethcr, and iSiatthe
said William Meriwether has departed this* life without
making titles to said one-li df of said tract of land
agreeable to said bond—And ii further anpraring to
tho Court that Tames Meriwetlici- is the administrator

of eaid eounty, deceased, for titles to a Tract of Land,
a copy of winch bond is filed in the Clerk’s Office of
this Court, and praying that this Court direct the Ex
ecutors nf said Robert, to execute said lilies to the
same. It is therefore ordered, that the Executors of
said Robert, do make said titles according to the tenor
and effect of said bond, to said AA illiam Cnurcn, unless
sufficient cause bo shewn to the contrary within three
