and that the said Burgis hath departed this life without
executing titles to the same, and that your petitioner is
the rightful owner of said land, and that Stephen Tilley,
administrator, and Nancv Tilley, administratrix, aie
the administrator and administratrix on the estate of
the said Burgis—
