T HE petition of Jonathan D. Chastain sliewcth, that
Burgis Tilley in his life timo executed to Jonathan
I). Chastain his bond for titles to lot Nn. 46 in the 10th
district of formerly Troup, now Meriwether county,
and that the said Burgis hath departed this life without
executing titles to the same, ami tlint your petitioner is
the rightful owner of said land, and that Stephen Tilley,
administrator, and Nancy Tillov, administratrix, arr
the administrator and administratrix on the estate of
tho said Burgis—
It is on motion ordered, that tho siad Stephen and
Nancy, administrator and administratrix as aforesaid,
execute to the said Jonathan It. Chastain good and le
gal titles to said lot of land, agreeably to the terms <4
said bond, unless good cause tie shown to the contrary
in three months; and that this order be published in
terms of the law.

Court of Ordinary, October adjourned
Term, 1830.
O N motion of William Cowen, stating to the Court
that he holds a bond made by Robert Moon, late
of said count Vs deceased, for titles to a Tract of Land,
a copy of which bond is filed in t he Cle«k*s Office
this Court, and praying that this Court direct the Ex
ecutors of said Robert, to execute said titles to the
same. It is therefore ordered, that the Executors of
sni I Robert, do make said titles according to the tenor
nudefTect of said bond, to said William Cowen, unless
sufficient cause be shewn to the contrary within three
months, or at the next term of this Court after the ex
piration of said three months. And it is further order
ed, that n copy of this rule be published in the Athenian
