T appearing to the Court from the petition ofThom-
os J. Rusk, that John Black in his lifetime execu
ted a bond to ona John Butt to make titles to Lot of
Land No. ono hundred and nineteen, in the ninth Dis
trict of Carroll county; and it appearing to the Court
further, that tho said Thomas J. Rusk i* the bona fide
holder of said hand, nod it further appearing that John
Black departed this life without making titles to tho
same. It is ordered by the Court, that the adminis
trators of the said John Black, deceased, do execute
titles to the said lot of land, to the said Thomas J. Rusk,
unless good cause be shewn to tho contrary within the
time prescribed by law; it is further ordered, that
this rule be published in one of tho public Gazettes of
this State agreeably tolaw. A true extract from tho

a Magistrate for said county, James Bradley of
the county of Madison, and State aforesaid, who being
duly sworn saith on oath, that Daniel Jackson of the
county of Morgan,did, sometime in the year 1821, givo
his bond or obligation to him,the said Bradley,to make
him the said Bradley, good and sufficient title, to lot
of Land No. 83, in the 10th District of Hall county,
and that the said Jumes Bradley has lust or mislaid
said Bond, so that he cannot come at the samo.
Application will therefore bo made, at the next term
of the Superior Court of said county, for titles to the
above Lot of Land, of which, all interested, will take
