SI AW. Terms.—Throe dollars per year, payable in advance, or Four Hollars if delayed to the end of the year. The Janer amount will be rigidly exacted of all who fail to aie* t their payments in advance. No subscription received for less than one year, un less the money is paid in advance; and no paper will hedise mtinned until all arrearages are paid, except at the option of the publisher.
