They would prefer a married gentleman whose lady
might be willing and competent lo instruct in the Fe
male Department. The object of the Board is to ob
tain the servii^’H of such persons as intend making a

Maps, Globes and other apparatus ; and the Trustee*
are determined to alfiml as great inducements, to par
ents and guardians to patronize this seminary, as can
