O N motion of John Leek, staling to the Court that
he holds u bond made hv John Winters, late of
said county, deceased, for titles to a Lot of Laud, No.
453, in Irwin county, a copy of which bond is filed in
the Clerk’s office of this Court, and praying that this
Court direct the Administrator of tlm said John Win
ters to execute titles to the same. It is thereinto or-1
dered, that the Administrator do maks said titles ac
cording to the tenor and effect of said bond, to said
John Leek, unless sufficient cause be shewn to the
