I N consequence of the recent action of the Legislature of Georgia altering the times of holding the Superior court of Walker and Lumpkin counties, producing a conflict be tween the session of the Superior courts of Walker and Lumpkin, and the session of the Supreme court at Cassville on the third Monday in April inst., and inasmuch as the practising Attorneys in Walker and Lump kin are necessarily required by their obli gations to tlieir clients to attend the Supreme court or fail to do so to the great detriment of themselves and the interest and rights of their clients, and as this state of things has been produced by the action of the last Le gislature of this State, and the practising Attorneys who practice in the county of Walker have petitioned the court to adjourn the regular term of Walker Superior court from the third Monday in April to the third Monday in May, I have thought proper to issue the following order: Ordered by the court that the regular term of Walker Superior court be adjourn ed by the Clerk of the Superior court of Walker county from the third Monday in April to the third Monday in May, and that all process and subpoenas stand over to said time, and that parties, witnesses, and jurors will take due notice thereof and observe the same, and that this order and the fore going petition be spread on the minutes of Walker Superior court.
