- We had the pleasure of witnessing
the installation of the officers of the Qass-
rille Masonic Lodge, on last Sunday even
ing at the Methodist church. This was our
teat attendance on such an occasion, and we
were highly entertained with the whole cer-
vuimj, which is truly religious, moral and
patriotic.

tion of Thomas A. Sullivan, that William
F'aiu, late of said county, deceased, did, in
his life-time execute to si id Thomas A. 8ul
li van, his bond, conditioned to execute titles
in fee simple to said Thomas-A. Sullivan,
tor lot of land nnmber two hundred and ten,
and lot number two hundred and eleven; ltoth
of said lots lying and being in the filth dis
trict and third section of Cass county; and it
further appearing that said William Fain,
departed this life without executing titles to
■said lots of land, or in any way providing
therefor—and it appearing that said Thom
as A. Sullivan, has paid oiie' third of the pur
chase money for said lots of land, and is
ready to pay the remainder, whenever good
and sufficient tides shall be exeented; and
said Thomas A. Sullivan having petitioned
the Ordinary to direct William P. Fain, and
George J. Fain, administrators upon the es
tate of said William Fain, deceased, to exe
cute to him titles to said lots of land, in con
formity with raid bond; it is therefore here,
by ordered that notice be given ia .*■ The
Standard,” of sticb application, that all per
sons concerned, may file their objections in
mv office, (if any they have) why said Wm.
P._Fuin, and George J. Fain, administrators
as aforesaid, should not execute titles to aaid
