WILL BE SOLD before the Court House
door in Cartersville, on the tirst Tues
day in January next, 1878, between the legal
hours of sale, the following property, to-wit :
Lots of land Nos. 1183, 1184, 968 and 967,
situated in the 4th district and 3rd sectlou ui
Bartow county, Georgia, and lots of laud Nos.
833, 807 and 934, situated in the 21st district

No. 325, containing one hundred and sixty
ueres, more or less, lying in the 23rd district
and 2nd section of Bartow couuty, Georgia.

State aud oounty tax on said lot tor the year
1873, issued by W. L. Goldsmith, Comptroller
Gcueral of the State of Georgia.

suction of Bartow county. Levied on and
will be sold as the property of J. T. Bailey to
satfsfy one Bartow Superior Court ii. fa. in
favor of V. P. Gray, adm’r., etc., vs. said J. T.
Bailey, for purchase money of samo. Prop
erty in possession of J. T. Bailey, deft.
Also, at the same time and place, fifteen
tons of pig iron. Said iron lying on the east
side of the W. A A. U. R., aud flouting the
livery stable of R. C. & J. K. Roberts, in the
city of Cartersville, Ga., said county. Levied
on and will be sold as the propurt of Thomas
& Moore, to satisfy one Bartow Couuty Su
perior Court fi. fa. iu favor of F. P. Gray, ad
ministrator, etc., vs. said Thomas & Moore

Also, at the same time and place, me farm
and plantation whereon the defendant now
lives, lying near aud iu Stilesboro, iu the 17th
district and 3rd section of Bartow county, Ga.
Said farm known as the defendant’s home
place, containing 350 acree more or less.

Samuel F. Stephens, to satisfy a Bartow Su
perior Court fi. fa. in favor of Gray and Erwin,
admn’rs. etc., Vs. Samuel F. Stephens. Prop

in the 4th district aud 3rd section of Bartow
county, Ga. Levied on and will be sold as the
property of Robert M. Youug to satisfy a
Bartow Superior Court fi. fa iu favor of Lewis

the property of B. F. Wade to satisfy a Bartow
Superior Court fi. fa. in favor of F. P. Gray,
adm’r., etc., vs said B F Wade.
Also, lots of land No. 185, containing one
hundred and sixty acres wore or less lying iu
the 23rd district and 2nd section of Bar*ow
county, Ga. Levied on aud will be sold uuder
and by virtue of a State and couuty lax ti. fa.
for the State and county tax on said lot for the
year 1876, issued by W. L. Goldsmith, Comp
troller General of the State of Georgia.
Also, at the same time and place lot of land
No. 256, in tho 13th district and 3rd section of
Bartow county, containing 160 acres more or
less. Levied on and will be sold as the prop
erty of Mrs M Y Moore, formerly Miss M V
Reynolds to satisfy one tax fl. fa. in favor of
the State and couuty for the year 1872, vs said
Miss M V Reynolds, now Mrs M V Moore,
J C Branson, ugeut. Said property iu posses

tit’s creek, adjoining the lands of J J How
ard and others, known as the fair grouud of
the Central Cherokee agricultural association,
and in possession of J. J. Howard, as the
property of J J Howard, J A Jefferson and
others, defendants. Levied on under, by
virtue of and to satisfy a Justice Court tl fa
