of h’s trip in this issue of the Star.
He will try and do so next week.
The exposition is a grand exhibit

you are grandly mistaken. To como

is rather a disagreeable experience.
The air was so exceedingly eoll that
it eooined to scald one’s rnoulb and

weeks the continued rattle of sleigh
bells has been heard, with two feet
ol snow, and iee from two feel to four
feet thick, with tho thermometer
for three-fourths of that time below
zero—if th s kind of weather won't
make a fellow feel like moving south,
I don’t know what it would take to
start him.
Business is exceedingly dull bore.
The bottom has dropped out of every

meet. Tho farmers of Georgia,
with tho piesant winter and.climate
with a reasonably productive 1 soil, ’
with cheap land and low rate of tax¬

Your market price lor produce
named in this letter is almost double
what we can get hero in Ohio, yet
you do not grow this produce. Your
grower has the advantage of the
railroad haul from the north or west
(as the ca**e may be), and tbisheight

ton planter continues to send all his

northern states for pork, fi ur and
other supplies. Now. there should
