IN MEMORY
We write this with a sad hewt in
menury of our dear friend, Miss Fan¬
nie Hill, who in the mysterious provi¬
dence of God, departed this life, Sun¬
day evening, Sept 20th, after an ill¬
ness of two weeks with typhoid fever.
In life she always looked upon the
bright side, and her cheerful and lov¬
ing disposition endeared her to all who
knew her. In death she was sustain¬
ed by a i uufaltering trust in Him, who,
however mysterious, doeth all things
well. In her death earth hns lost a
beautiful flower and Heaven has gain¬
ed a shining star. We cannot *
weep thnt she is no more here,
giitf legions, f may be softened by
and our hearts be healed by
irust in God.
