Death of Jiulgo Kimbrough.
Though iu feeble health for many
months, the announcement of the
death of Judge Henry C. Kimbrough,
which occurred at his home last Fri¬
day night, was a surprise to all who
knew him. A death more universal
ly mournod in any community, we
have never known. His earnest pie
ty, his noble charity, his unassuming
manners and his great public spirit
endeared him to nil who knew him
The church will miss his presence,
his example au 1 his prayers; the
poor will miss his sympathy, his
counsel and his charities; the com¬
munity at large will miss his enter¬
prising public spirit, his noble gener¬
osity ami his example’s elevating in¬
fluence. May his ashes rest in peace..
