The intoxic.ition of the military circles
of Germany caused by the success of the
Prussian arms, has led them to demand,
wiliont reflection upon the consequences,

also urge occupations of Luxenbourg,
French Flanders to Belgium, Savoy io

secretaries said if the bin passed there
would be no chance for Democrats in
Georgia for the next twenty-five yean,
[and that the bill was better than prolon

the lull gives all power to Bullock, and
that under it Hill and other Conservatives
are completely in bis power. The Radi

tb Democrats, and they expect to carry
the bill through next week.
