ARLINGTON COUPLE ARE
MARRIED IN BLAKELY.
ARLINGTON, Ga., May s.—On
Sunday afternoon Miss Alice Colley
and Mr. B. M. Garrett motored over
to Blakely and were quietly married
at the home of Mr. J. W. Talley,
Rev. N. T. Pafford, the Methodist
pastor, officiating. They were ac
companied by Mr. and Mrs. C. M.
Adam:, and Miss Kate Watkins, who
witnessed the ceremony. The mar
riage was a complete surprise to
their many friends, for although this
popular young couple have been
sweethearts for a number of years
and it was expected that they would
be married at some future time,
no definite announcement had been
made. Mrs. Garrett, who was born
and reared in Arlington, is one of
the town's most popular young la
dies, and Mr. Garrett is one of Ar
lington’s leading merchants, now
serving his second term as mayor of
this city. They are receiving the
congratulations and good wishes of
their many friends today.

About Rheumatism.
People are learning that it is only
a waste of time and money to take
medicine internally for ohrofiic and
muscular rheumatism, and about
ninety-nine out of a hundred cases
are one or the'other of these varie
ties. All that is really necessary to
afford relief is to apply Chamber
lain’s Liniment freely. Try it. It
costs but 35 cents per bottle. * Large
