PUBLIC SALE.
GEORGIA —Early County;
By virtue of the power contained
in a certain security deed signed by
J. B. Daniels in favor of Bank of
Arlington on December 27th, 1920,
recorded in Book VV, page 414 in
the office of the Clerk of the Super
ior Court of said county, the under
signed will sell before the court-house
door of said county on the 16th day
of June, 1925, between the usual hours
of sale, to-wit: 10:00 o'clock, A. M.,
and 4:00 o'clock, P. M. to the highest
bidder for cash at public outcry, the
following described property:
"100 acres of land same being the
north side of lot of land number 195
in the 6th Dist. of Early County, Ga„
bounded as follows: on the north by
lands of S. B. Timmons, east by lands
of J. B. Lofton, south by lands of
J. B. Lofton and west by J. B. Dan
iels; also 125 acres of land, same
being the east half of lot of land No.
166 in the 6th Dist. of Early County
and more fully described in deed
July 14th, 1905, from Mrs. Frances
E. Timmons; also 250 acres of land,
same being lot number 167 purchased
by me from John Holtsinger, bounded
as follows: on the north by J. B.
Daniels and J. M. Johnson, west by
Daniels and Avery, south by Daniels
and Avery, east by Daniels and
Avery.’’
Said security deed having been ex
ecuted by said J. B. Daniels to secure
the payment of a promissory note in
favor of Bank of Arlington for
$8,132.26, due October 1, 1921, bearing
interest after maturity at the rate of
8 percent per annum, and said prop
erty will be sold for the purpose of
paying said indebtedness, and the cost
of this advertisement. Title will be
made to the purchaser at said sale by
the undersigned, as authorized in the
said security deed.

Whereas, on March Bth, 1920, Ida
Hayes ex cuie-J to W. Fl Flowers a
security deed lor the purpose of se
curing a promissory note for the
sum of $852.04, dated March Bth,
1920, due Jan. Ist, 1921, which deed
contains a power of sale authorizing
the grantee therein, or the holder
of said deed to sell the property
therein conveyed upon default in the
payment of said debt;
And whereas the said W. H. Flow
ers transferred said deed together
with the indebtedness it was given
to secure to Segrest-Cannady Grocery-
Company on Oct. Bth, 1924;
And whereas there has been a de
fault in the payment of said indebt
edness, and the power of sale con
tained in said deed has become op
erative and effective;
The undersigned will sell before
the court house door in Blakely,
Ga., between the legal hours of sale,
on the 9th day of May, 1925, the
following described property, being
the same property described in said
security deed: Six acres, more or
less, in lot of land No. two hundred
thirty-eight (238) in the 26th District
of Early county, Ga., and in the
town of Jakin, bounded on the north
by Bryant street; on the east by
land of M. A. Woodward; on the
south and east by land of M. A.
Woodward and Mrs. Alma Minter:
on the west by Pearl street; being
the same land sold by S. V. Mann
to Mrs. Lula Mills, and described
in the deed recorded in deed book
30, page 329, of deed records of
Early county.
Said sale will be had for the pur
pose of satisfying the amount due:
upon said note, and the costs of
this proceeding.
A deed will be executed to the
purchaser as provided for in said
security deed.

To the Qualified Registered Voters
of the Colomokee School District in
Early County, Georgia: **
By virtue of a petition to the un
dersigned directed and in pursuance
of the law, we do hereby call an
election for the Colomokee School
District to be held on the sth day of
June, 1925, at the justice court-house
in said District between the hours
prescrioed for the election of State
and County Officers, for the register
ed, qualified voters of said District
to determine whether or not there
shall be issued for the said School
District bonds aggregating fifteen
thousand dollars ($15,000.00) to de
fray the expenses of building and
equipping a school house for said
District. Said bonds shall be of
the denomination of five hundred
dollars ($500.00) each, bearing inter
est from June sth, 1925, at the
rate of six oer cent, per annum pay
able annually on April Ist of each
of the years until all of said bonds
mature. One of said bonds shall ma
ture on April Ist of each of the
years 1926 to 1955, inclusive.
Those desiring to vote or the is
suance of said bonds shall have writ
ten or printed on their ballots “For
School House;’’ those desiring to
vote against the issuance of said
bonds shall have written or printed
on their ballots "Against School
House."
