PETITION FOR CHARTER
GEORGIA, Early County:
To The Superior Court of Said Coun
ty, and Honorable Charles W. Wor
rill, Judge of Said Court:
The petition of Frank Fuller, C. C.
Crook, Harris Harvey, and others, all
being residents of Early County,
Georgia, and whose post office is
Jakin, Georgia, respectfully shows:
1.
That they desire for themselves,
and associates, successors, and as
signs, to be incorporated and made
a body politic under the corporate
name of THE JAKIN PRODUCERS
EXCHANGE, INC., for a period of
thirty-five years with privilege of re
newal at the expiration of said time.
2.
The purpose and object of said
corporation is to carry on a producers
marketing business, and petitioners
desire that said corporation shall
have the right to buy and sell farm
produce of whatever nature.
3.
The capital stock of said corpora
tion is to be Two Thousand Dollars,
($2,000.00), divided into shares of
the par value of Five Dollars ($5.00)
each. That $200.00 capital has been
paid in.
4.
The principal office and place of
business of said corporation is to be
Jakin, Early County, Georgia, but
the petitioners desire that the said
corporation shall have the right to
establish branch offices and places
of business elsewhere.
5.
Petitioners desire the right to Duy
and sell and own real estate and to
do all things necessary and proper
for the operation and prosecution of
a general trading business. And pe
titioners desire the right to exercise
all the privileges extended to and
granted corporations organized and
existing under the laws of the State
of Georgia.
Wherefore, petitioners pray to oe
made a body politic and corporate
under the name and style as afore
said according to the laws of the
State of Georgia.

porated is not the name of any other
existing corporation now registered
in the office of the Secretary of
State, and it further appearing that
the application is legitimately within
the purview and intent of the laws of
the State of Georgia, and that the
laws of this State have been other
wise complied with in reference to
incorporation;
It is therefore ordered and ad
judged by this Court and the Judge
thereof sitting at Chambers at Cuth
bert, Georgia, on this the 26th day
of May, 1941, that the prayers of
petitioners be granted, and that the
said JAKIN PRODUCERS EX
CHANGE. INC. is hereby incorporat
ed and made a body politic with all
the rights and privileges prayed for,
and all the rights and privileges con
ferred by the laws of this State upon
corporations of like nature.

PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF
CORPORATION
GEORGIA —Early County:
To: Hon. C. W, Worrill, Judge of
the Superior Court of said County:
The petition of Blakely Wholesale
Company respectfully shows:
1. Petitioner was on Jan. 31st,
1925, duly incorporated and granted
a charter by the Superior Court of
Early County, Ga.
2. That said charter was duly ac
cepted by said corporation, and its
stockholders, and the said corpora
tion has carried on the business
authorized by its charter since that
time.
3. G. M. Sparks and Mrs. Annie L.
Sparks, both of said county, on Dec.
31st, 1940, and do now, own all the
capital stock of said corporation, and
they join in this petition.
4. At a called meeting of the
stockholders held on Dec. 31st, 1940,
at which G. M. Sparks and Mrs.
Annie L. Sparks were present, they
being the sole stockholders of said
corporation, the following resolution
was adopted: “iße It Resolved: That
the Blakely Wholesale Company, a
corporation which was granted a
charter by the Superior Court of
Early County, Georgia, on Jan. 31st,
1925, be dissolved, and its charter
surrendered; that all debts and obli
gations of the corporation be dis
charged as of this date; that the as
sets of the corporation, after the pay
ment of its obligations, be distribut
ed to its stockholders in the propor
tion of the stock held by them
in the corporation; that the
corporation transact no further
business, accept that of making set
tlement of its debts, distributing its
assets, and surrendering its charter;
that application be made to the court
for dissolution of said corporation.”
5. That all obligations of said
company have been discharged.
Wherefore, It is prayed that peti
tioner have an order dissolving the
said corporation as by the statute in
such cases provided.

Wholesale Company, and acting sec
retary; that the facts stated in the
foregoing petition for dissolution of
the charter of the Blakely Wholesale
Company are true.

Blakely Wholesale Company for dis
solution of its charter read and con
sidered. It being made to appear
that the facts stated in the petition
are true, it is ordered and adjudged
that the application be granted, and
that the said Blakely Wholesale Com
pany be dissolved, its charter sur
rendered, and its corporate existence
terminated. It is further ordered
that this petition and order be filed
in the office of the clerk of the
superior court of Early County, and
that the same be published as required
