Notice is hereby given that the un
dersigned administrators of estate of
I. D. Felder have applied to the
Ordinary of said county for leave to
sell the following land;
Parcel of land in the town of
Fort Gaines, Clay County, Georgia,
containing one and one-half acres,
more or less, described as follows:
Commencing on the north west cor
ner of said lot 599 feet four inches
south east from the intersection of
Washington and Hartford streets,
thence running east 657 feet to
