'County eliminations have been held in a number of counties already, and the district meetings are the next step up the long ladder toward state and national 4-H champion ships. In addition to the junior and senior boys and girls who will com pete for district project champion ships, each county will send two voting delegates who will elect Dis trict Council officers for 1954.
