versities. He has also studied in
Germany and at the University of

Professor of Music and Director of
the Opera Workshop at Georgetown

He has been featured over the Mu- |
tual Broadeasting Network and has
successefully fulfilled permanent en
gagements as Tenor Sololst at Tem
ple Emanu-el, The Broadway Baptist
and the Broadway Presbyterian
churches in New York City, Recently
he appeared as guest artist with

chestra on the West Const,
His concert for the Arlington
Ldons Club last year was such a suc
cess that the club feels very fortun

county in the City of Blakely, Geor
gia, at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash, within the legal
hours of sale, the following described
real estate, to-wit: All that tract or
parcel of land situate, lying and be
inz all of lot number ten (10) .in
Block No. 56 in the City of Blakely,
Early County, Georgia, and more
particularly described as follows: be
ginning at a point on the east mar
gin of North Main Street, which
point is 234 feet north of a point
where the north margin of Butler
Avenue intersects the east margin of
North Main Street by extending
across Main Street, and from this
beginning point run thence north
along the east margin of Main
Street a distance of 113 feet; thence
east a distance of 228 feet; thence
south a disance of 113 feet; thence
west a distance of 228 feet to the
beginning point; bounded on_ the
north by lot No. 9 in said Block
owned by the estate of Mrs. J. T.
Williams, on the east by lot number
13 in said Block owned by the es
tate of Mrs. J. T. Williams, on the
south by lot number 11 in said Block
owned by C. R. Daniels, and on the
west by North Main Street, and be
ing the home property of Mrs, Hes
sie A, Cox.
Said sale will be had under and by
virtue of a power of sale contained
in a certain security deed executed
by Mrs. Hessie A. Cox to Home Own
ers’ Loan Corporation, a corporation
created and organized under an
Act of Congress known as Home
Owners’ Loan Act, on the 26th day
of July, 1934, and recorded at pages
0294 of Deed Book No. 44 in the of
fice of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Early County, Georgia,
said security deed having been exe
cuted to secure the payment of the
indebtedness therein described, and
default having been made in the
payment of said indebtedness and
such default still continuing. On Jan
uary 25, 1951, the said Home Own
ers' Loan Corporation, by its writ
ten conveyance, transfer and assign
ment (which is recorded at page 260
of Deed Book No. 63 in the office of
the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Early County, Georgia) transferred,
assigned and conveyed to the under
signed Liberty National Life Insur
ance Commpany (a corporation organ
ized and existing under the laws of
the State of Alabama), its successors
and assigns, all its right, title, and
interest in said security deed, to
gether with the property described
therein and the indebtedness secured
thereby, and all rights, powers and
privileges therein and thereunder.
A deed will be excuted to the pur
chaser at said sale as provided in
said security deed.
The grantor in said security deed,
Mrs. Hessie A. Cox, having departed
this life, said real estate will be sold
as the property of her estate.
