Under. and by virtue of a Sum
mary Judgment in Foreclosure in
the above entitled cause on the 3rd
day of September, 1953, the under
signed, J. W. Bonner, as Special Mas
ter appointed in said judgment,
wil, on Wednesday, October
14, 1953, at 10:00 o'clock, A.
M., offer for sale at public
outery to the highest and best
bidder for cash before the Court
house door in Blakelj Early County,
Georgia, where Sheriff’s Legal Sales
are held, the following real and per
sonal nrnpg}dv. to-wit:
TRACT E. A rectangular tract
of land on the south side of Colum
bia Street in the City of Blakely,
Early County, Georgia, described as
beginning at a point on the south
margin of Columdia Street (which
point of beginning is 210.25 feet
west of the center line of South
Main Street), and from thence run
ning west along the south margin of
Columbia Street a distance of one
hundred ninety-eight (198) feet,
thence south a distance of one hun
dred forty-five and one-half (NS.B)‘
feet to the R. O, Waters lands, thence
east a distance of one hundred nine- |
ty-eight ( 19‘& feet along the north
line of the 0. Waters lands,
thence north a distance of one hun
dred forty-five and one-half (145.5)
feet to the point of beginning, the
same being bounded on the north
by Columbia Street, on the east by
Jands of Mrs. W. H. Alexander, on
the south by the R. O, Waters lands,
and on the west by lands of M. R.

land on the south side of what is
known now as Flowers Drive (for
merly Washington Street), in the
Oity of Blakely, Early County, Geor
wia, a part of lot of land number 167
in the 28th District, described as
follows: Beginning at the northusti
corner of the J. O, Bridges residence
Jot on the south margin of Flowers
Drive, and from thence running
north 87% degrees east along the
gouth margin of Flowers Drive a
distance of three hundred seventy
three (373) feet to the lands of J.
'W. Bonner (such point being ten
and one-half (10.5) feet west of
the center of a culvert over a certain
ditch) ; thence south 24 degrees west
a distance of one hundred thirty
(130) feet along the west line of the
Bonner property to the Griffin
lands: thence on a course south 87
degrees west along the Trth line of
the Griffin property a distance of
one hundred ten (110) feet; thence
along the west line of the Griffin
property on & course south 24 de
grees west a distance of two hundred
fifty (250) feet to the lands of the
Wade estate; thence along the north
line of the Wade estate lands on a
course south 87 degrees west a dis
tance of one hundred ffiteen and
fourth tenths (115.4) feet to the
east line of the J. O, Bridges resi
dence lot; thence along the east line
of the J. O, Bridges residence lot on a

Blakely, Early County, Georgia, de
seribed as follows: Beginning at the
intersection of the east margin of
Jefferson Avenue with the north mar
win of Columbia Street, and from
thence running north along the east
margin of Jefferson Avenue a dis
tance of one hundred forty-six (146)
feet, thence east parallel with the
north margin of Columbia Street a
digtance of two hundred (200) feet
to the lands of Mrs. Martindale,
thence south along the west margin
of the Martindale lands a distance of
one hundred fortysix (146) feet to
the north marein of Columbia Street,
thence west along the north margin
of Columbia Street, a distance of twe
hundred (200) feet to the point of
beginning, said tract of land being
