GEORGIA, EARLY COUNTY.
There will be sold by the undersign
ed at public outery to the highest
bidder for cash. within the legal hours
of sale on the 7th day of March, 1961,
before the courthouse door of said
county, the following described real
estate, to-wit:
Part of lot of land number 290 in the
6th land district of Early County,
Georgia, containing 129 acres, more or
less, described as follows: starting at
the southwest corner and running due
east 61 chains and three_ links on
original land line, then running north
21 chains, then running west-61 chains
and three links, then running south 21
chains on original land line to starting
point, .
Said sale will be had and held under
and by virtue of a power of sale con
tained in a security executed by Bobby
Hudson to D. C. Sanders dated Novem
ber Ist, 1944 and recorded in Deed
Book 55, page 280 in the office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Early
County, Georgia, and transferred by
D. C. Sanders to Annie Kate Hudson.
Default having been made in the pay
ment of the debt therein described and
secured and said default having since
continued. A deed will be executed to
the purchaser at such sale by the un
dersigned. Bobby Hudson, the maker
of said security deed, having departed
this life, said real estater will be sold
as the property of the estate of Bobby
Hudson.
