MR. H. G. SMITH has bought the
former Cartledge lot on the west side
of the square adjoining the opera
house block and will erect a brick
store on it in the near future.

BLAKELY will vote on April 22 on
issuing $60,000 worth of bonds for a
new sewerage system,
