He had lost all control of him self, and had a “hot brick” in his hat, which he was at a loss to acconnt for. Owing to his spiritual condition he was unable to bal ance' himself correctly, and fell to the ground several times w ithout apparent cause. Du ring this time two quart bottles jumped from his pockets to the pavement. The next morning it is said that the man was perfect ly oblivious to his wrestle with the Spirits, but was very thirsty. For Female Complaints, in young or ol^‘ married or single, at tlie dawn of womanhood, or tho turn of life, these Tonic Bitters display so decided an influence that a marked imptovement is soon percept tible. 4 For Inflammatory and Chronic Rhea* mat Ism and Gout, Dyspepsia or Indigestion, Bilious. Remittent and Intermittent Fevers, Diseases of the Blood, Liver, Kidneys and Bladder, these Bitters haro been most successful. Such Diseases are caused by Vitiated Blood, which is generally produced by derange ment of the Digestive Organs. Keep the blood pure, and the health of the system will follow. Gratefhl thousands proclaim Vinegar Bit- 1 tees the most wonderful Invigonmt that ever sustained the sinking system. Pin, Tape, and other Worms, lurking la’ the system of so many thousands, are effectually de stroyed and removed. Saj’s a distinguished physiol ogist: There is scarcely an individual upon the face of the earth whose body is exempt from the presence of worms. It is not upon the healthy elements of the body that worms exist, but upon the diseased humors and slimy deposits that breed these living monsters of disease. No system of Medicine, no vermifuges, no anthelmin- itics, will free the system from worms like these Bit ters. ^ , 4 Bfeekanleal Diseases." There are always more or learn obstructions of the liver, a weakness and irritable statw of the stomach, and great torpor of the bowels, being dogged up with vitiated accumulations. In their treat ment, a purgative, exerting a powerful influence npoa these various organs, is essentially necessary. There is no cathartic for the purpose equal to Dr. J. Walker’s Vinegar Bitters, as they will speedily remove tk» dark-colored viscid matter with which tne bowels arw loaded, at the same time stimulating the secretions of the liver, and generally restoring tlie healthy function® of the digestive organs. , Scrofula, or King’s Evil, White Swelling* Ulcers, Erysipelas, Swelled Neck, Goiter, Scrofulous Inflammations, Indolent Inflammations, Mercurial Af fections, Old Sores, Eruptions of the Skin, Sore Eyes* etc., etc. In these, as m all other constitutional Dis eases, Walker’s Vinegar Bitters have shewn theip great curative powers in tha most obstinate and intract able case® Dr. Walker’s California Vinegar Bittern act on all these cases in a similar manner.
