Judge of said Court. It appearing to the
court by the petition of Wm. G. Robinson,
who sues for the use of Richard H. Hinsdale,
that on the 15th day of February, 1809,
William C. Rauls, of said county, made and
delivered to said Robinson his certain prom
isor}* note, bearing even date wirti the day
and year aforesaid, whereby said W. C.
Rauls promfaed to pay said Robinson or order,
Fourteen Hundred and Eighty-eight dollars,
value received, and that afterward, on the
aame day and year aforesaid, the said Rauls
for the better securing the payment of said
aaecutad and delivered to said H’m. G. Rob-
lUul* a**rayed to said llohinaon
piece or parcel oik land situate, lying and
being hi the 19th district of Decatur county,
and known as number one in block • B’’
the town of Harrell, containing thlrty-fi
feet on Brown street, and running hack nor
niaety-five feet; condition: if said Rauls
should pay off and discharge said nfite,
cause the same to be done according to t
tenor and effect of said note and mortgage
deed: then the said note and mortgage should
become null ami void to all intents and pur
poses: and it further appearing that
note remains unpaid, it is therefore ordered
by the Court that the said William C. Rauls
do pay into this Court by the first day of
the next term thereof the principal, interest
and cost that may be due on said note, or
show cause to the contrary if any he has;
and that on failure of said Wm. C. Rauls sc
to do, the equity of redemption in and tc
saiif mortgaged premises be forever thereafter
barred and foreclosed, and it is further
Uercd that this rule ni si be published on<
month for four months or a copy thereof
served upon the said Wa C. Rauls'
special ageut or attorney at kiw three months
previous to the next term cf thi# court.

prizes 1 each. Total cash prizes 3,228—

the amount of $50,000, making a grand total
