The Board of education at their last meet
ing held on December 2, 1875, passed an or
der, prohibiting the Cbunty School Cbmmis-
sioners from paying out any of the common
school funds until the first day of January
1870, in ord er that the tax collector may be
able to collect as much a? possible of the
Poll Tax of th < county, which belongs to the
school fund. The collection of the Poll
Tax has been clayed to some extent by the
Injunction file by the people against the
Board of Cbunty Cbmmissiouers to restrain
the collection of Ueged illegal taxes. On
after 1st January 11 moneys will be paid
