Greater New York.
The population of Greater New
York is estimated by the Health
Department at 5,476,966 on January
1, 1914. According to the same au
thority the population of the bor
oughs is as follows: Manhattan,
2,513,060; the Bronx, 612,294; Brook
lyn. 1,880,713; Queens, 373,414: Rich
mond, 97,515. Not yet, however,
has Greater New York caught up
with London. The British Metrop
olis still leads the high Yankee town
by some 2,000,000. You are probably
right in thinking that “sometime”
New York will pass London.
To the Voter of Hal! County:
In making announcement for the
office of Tax Receiver of Hall county,
subject to the action of the primary,
I will say that I am notallied with

but I am in this race independent of
any faction, or interest save my
i own and the well-being of the citi
; zens of Hall county.
Therefore in making this race I
i am going before the people, who are
