GOOD SEWS AT IAST!
HOW TO SAVE MONEY!
STARTLING DISCLOSURES!
Read Carefully. It will Astonish, Profit, nud Gratify You.
The intelligent world has believed for a long time that a first-class, reliable, strong, dura
ble and light-running Sowing Machine could be manufactured and sold for a reasonable price.
This has been verified at hist 1
ihe Wilson Sewing Machine Company, of Cleveland, Ohio, is justly entitled to the honor
of being characterized us a public benefactor, for placing upon the market a first-class Sew
ing Machine in every respect, at a price within the reach of all, and at the same time finish
ing it in artistic elegance, pleasing to the most fastidious and cultivated persons.
Agents and canvassers in the interest of other Machines represent that the Wilson Machine
is of no account, or say it is too cheap, and will soon wear out. The reason they so falsely
represent the Wilson Machinecis because thdr success depends tqioff it; for whjjipYcr the Wils
son is introduced, no intelligent persop, will buy anyvOtheiVj , #
The cost of labor and material in the Wilson, and fill other Machlndß that are first-blass, is
about the same, and will not vary one dollar either way. Therefore, if the Wilson Sewing
Machine Company can afford to sell their Machines at $35, all other large Companies could
do the same.
The Wilson Sewing Machine Company is not so mercenary and grasping as soine. It refu
ses to join any rings or combinations for the purpose of putting up or keeping up prices.
Concerning the merits of the Wilson Sewing Machine we offer the Machine itself, and in
vite the severest mechanical and expert criticism. It is made from tile very best quality of
steel and iron. Every part that is liable to wear is thoroughly ease-hardened, and the steel
tempered. It makes the Lock stitch, alike on both sides, Heins, Fells, Stitches, Tucks,
Gathers, Hindis, Braids, Cords, Tuffs, Ruffles, etc., etc., and sews with equal facility from the
finest.of fabrics to Leather.
Before buying a Sewing Machine, examine every one in the market. Then carefully ex
amine the Wilson New Underfeed. Try it; test it. 'Then compare it to the representations
mode regarding it l>y its enemies, and you will lie perfectly satisfied that the Wilson New
Underfeed Sewing Machine is flic best in the world I
The old and true adage is; “The best is the cheapest.” It does hot mean to pay the
highest price to get the best.
Call and examine for yourself, and see thsit what we Say is no idle talk.
