Moses Bird and his wife, of the
black b ; rd variety, were arraigned
b-fore the Town Commissioners this
morning on a charg. of figh'ing and

peace and quieiu.le of some of their
neighbors. The evidence, showed
that Moses had managed to throw
himself on ihe outside of mo mm h

him io feel that lie was “monarch of
all he surveyed,” and he at once be
gan to relieve his fighting propensi

he could bring to his command.—
