Subscriptions End Arrearages.
1. Subscribers who do not give express no
flee to the contrary, arc considered wishing to
continue their subscription.

their periodicals, the publishers may contiuue
to send them until all arrearages are. paid*

their periodicals from the office to which they
me directed, they are held responsible until
they have settled their bills, and ordered them
discontinued.
