whose early life was spent in this place
is hero on a Christmas visit.
Mr. J. H. Powers, Civil Engineer,
who has just completed an engagement
on the Lake Cliampaighn and Hudson
River Railroad, was in our town a few
days ago on a visit.
Mr. F. M. Houser, of the firm of J.
W. Lathrop A Go., Savannah, is here
on a Christmas visit,
Mr. W. R. CoX, of Macou, with his
lovely bride, was here last Sabbath on
a visit to his relatives.
Master E. L. Cater, has returned
from the University of Geogia to spend
his Christmas at Macon and Perry.

home for the hollidays.
