community, was fatally stabbed on Sat

versation with someone, when Anthony
approached, and baiting rather between
them, was addressed, iu a friendly man
ner, by Warren; whereupon he (Autho

him.
The fight now became mutual, but
they were speedily separated, and Antho
ny, in charge of the Pol ce, left for jail,
and Warren in snarct of a Physician to

streets, in front of Col. Remington's res
