Dbr the cure of Dyspepsia, Indigestion, 1Vausea,
flatulency, Lose of Appetite, or any Dillons
Complaints, arising from a morbid inaction
of the Stomach or Dowels, producing Cramps.
Dysentery, Colic, Cholera Jlorbue, <f».
In view of the fact that every member of
tho human family is more or less subjected to
some of tho above complaints, besides in
numerable other conditions in lifo, whiqk
by the assistance of a little knowledge or
exeroiso of common sense, they may ho able
so to regulate their habits of diet, and with
tho assistance of a good tonio, secure per
manent health. In order to accomplish this
desired object, tho true courso to pursue is,
certainly, that whioh will produco a natural
state of things at the least hazard of vital
strength and life; for this end Dr. Hostetter
has introduced to this country a prepara
tion called HOSTETTER’S STOMACH
BITTERS, which at this day is n*. a new
medieine, but one that has bean tried for
years, giving satisfaction to oil who have
used it. The Bitters operate powerfully upon
the stomach, bowels and liver, restoring
them to a healthy and vigorous action, and
thus by the simple process of strengthening
nature, enable the system to triumph over
disease. Diarrheas, dysentery or flux, so
generally contracted by new settlera, and
caused principally by the change of water
and diet, will bo speedily regulated by a
brief use of this preparation. Dyspepsia,
a disease which is probably more prevalent
when taken in all its vnrious forms, titan
any other; the cause of which may always
be attributed to derangements of the diges
tive oranns, can be cured without fail by
using HOSTETTER’S STOMACH BIT
TERS as per directions on tho bottle. For
this disease every physician will recom
mend Bitters of some Kind, then why not
use an articlo known to be infallible ?
Every country have their Bitters as a pre
ventive of disease, and strengthening of
the system in general, nnd among them all
thero is not to be found a more healthy

FEVER AND AGUE.
This trying and provoking disease, vrhich fixes its
relentless grasp on the body of man, reducing him to
a mere shadow in a short space of time, and rendering
him physically and mentally useless, can bo defeated
and driven from the body by the use of II08TETTKR’8
RENOWNED BITTERS. Further, any of tho abors
stated diseases can not bo contracted when exposed u
any ordinary conditions producing them, if tho Bitters
are used U8 per directions. And as it neither creates
uaussa nor offends the palate, and rendering unneces
sary any change of diet or interruption to usual pur
suits, but promotes sound sleep and healthy .digestion,
the complaint is thus removed as speedily as Is con
sistent with the production of a thorough and perma-
O^nt cure.
For Persona in advanced years
Who are suffering from an enfeebled constitution and
Infirm body, these Bitters are invaluable as a restora
tive of strength aud vigor, and ueods only to be tried
to be appreciated. And to a mother while nursing,
these Bitters aro indispensable, especially where the
BjQther’s nourishment is inadequate to the demands
of the chHd, consequently her strength must yield,
and here It is where a good tonic, such ns Hostetler's
Stomach Bitters is needed to impute temporary strength
and vigor to Uie system. Ladies should by alt moans
try this remedy for all cases of debility, and before so
doing, ask your physician, who, if he is acquainted
with the virtues of the Bitters, will recommend their
use iu all cases of weakness.

that can be invited into tho family. Its in

thing as if we took tho whole of-these peri
odicals, and emp’oyed a gentleman of taste
to read them all over, and select tho best for
our own porsuul.”
From the lion. Judge Lumpkin, Allions,
