T HE undersigned, Agont for the above
Fertilixer, in con-equonce of it. marked
success the past season, and tho greatly in
creased demand arising therefrom, has made
arrangements with the manufacturer for a
large and ftill supply; and requiring greater
facilities for storage and other accommoda
tion, has taken the four story Warehouse as
below, where he will be able to supply any
quantity required, with promptness. Hu
may be allowed to oxproas his satisfaction in
view of the fact that ot the numerous pur-’
chases made. of him by planters, generally
for the purpose of making comparative tests
with other fertilisers, not one cuso has come
to his knowledge where oar Fertilizer has
not shown a decided superiority. Planters
who have used Mapas’ Phosphate, now make
it their sole reliance, and are ordering (some
of them) as much as fifty tons, for use the
nqxt season. This fact speaks for itself. Wc
have discovered a quality, developed in the
dronth, which was before unobserved, vis :
its hygrometric power, or capacity, to absorb
moisture from the atmosphore, which obviat
ed to a large extent tho lata unparalleled
drought where it was used, while most other
fertilisers wero not only valueless, but posi
tively injurious to the plant Tho safety and
8 refit as a money investment, arising from
le nse of Rapes' Phosphate, are now placed
beyond question, and the experience of the
past season, has established what we have,
without hesitation, always asserted for it,
that is the only fertiliser reliable under all
circumstances of soil, mode of cultivation,
and of weather.
The Undersigned is also prepared to sup
ply any description of AGRICULTURAL

latest improved patterns adapted to Southern

The IRON being absorbed by-the blood, and
thus circulating through the whole system, no
part of the body can eseape their truly wonder
ful influence . .
The experience of thousands daily prove* that
no preparation of Iron can for a moment be
compared with it Impurities of the blood, de
pression of vital energy, pale and otherwise
sickly complexions indicate its necessity in al
most every conceivable case. In all case* of - —
female debility (flnor albns, chlorosis, etc.), its vSt*
effects are delightfully renovating. No remedy
has ever been discovered, in the whole history
of medicine, which exerts such prompt, happy,
pad fully restorative effects. Good appetite, com
plete digestion, rapid acquisition of strength,
with an unusual disposition for active and
ehesrtUl exercise, Immediately follow itf nse.
As a grand itomnohie and general restorative
