Through some bung ling in the District Attorney's office, the wrong indictment was produced, and tbe case is still pending. Only yesterday morning she said that she feared she was not to be treated with fairness by the courts, and that in case of her conviction she could not survive. Her physicians told her that it would not do to go into court now, and were urging her to insist upon a postponement of the cases.
