The only bank man we Faw in the city yesterday,
who kept his nerve, was Sam. Storking, of the old
Atlanta National. He is one ol tho best financiers in
the city. His management of the affairs of that in

Tho Recorder yesterday fiued Jim ratte^on (sup
posed to be a first cousin to Bi ly) five dollars aud
costs, for being drunk and disorderly. Jim didn’t
seem to mind it much, but then Jousen took the mat

This thing belongs to the people, and it is to be
