1st. That we emphaticly dissent from said j
action of tbeB. W. G. L., deeming it not in
accordance with its former decision on this
matter, and not in accordance with the in
terpretation thereof given to us by onr es
teemed brother, 3. J. Hickman, the Bijht
Worthy Grand Counsellor.
2. That this Grand Lodge proceed to elect
delegates to a convention to be called by the
Grand Lodges Sooth, to confer upon this
grave question, with power to act for this
body, in such manner as in their judgment
may seem best.
3. That this action be communicated by the
G. W. Sec. to inch Grand Lodges as are yet
to have their annual meetings, and to the G.
W. C. T. of sach as have already met, leav
ing the time and place of said convention to
be determined by such correspondence.
4. That until snch conference can be had,
concert of action be agreed upon, this Grand
Lodge suspend all affiliation and connection
with the R. W. G. Lodge.
