Four Dollars per bushel, cash.
Orders, accompanied by the cash, (sent by express.)
may be sent at my risk, if a receipt is taken for the

CERTIFICATES:
I hereby certify that I havo planted largely of
Hunt’s Improved Cotton Seed, and am satisfied it will
produce more than any I over used. Far more can
do gathered to the hand. B. G. LOCKETT.
Sparta. Ga.. December 10,1869.
I have seen the Hunt Cotton growing for several
years past, and regard it as one of the very best varie
ties of Short Cotton that I have ever seen. I shaU
plant some of it another year, for tho purpose of test
ing its valuable qualities. This I would not do if I
did not entertain a very favorable opinion of it.
B. T. HARRIS.
Sparta. Ga.. December 11,1869.
I havo used the Hunt Cotton Seed the present year,
and am pleased with the result. It has more lint to
tho quantity of seed, larger bolls, holds fruit better
during a drought and its cotton during storms, and a
hand can nick more in a day. I think every planter
should at least plant a part of his crop with it. so he
can pick out the Prolific before it drop3 out and let
the Hunt Cotton remain for the last. .

TIE WATT PLOW
TRIUMPHANT!
r llS PLOW is now the leading PLOW of the Mid
dle and Cotton States. Among the hundreds of
testimonials we have from practical Farmers and
Planters, we would call attention to the following ex
tract from a letter received from Col. B. G. LOCK
ETT, of the large planting firm of Jordan & Lockett,
dated Albany, Ga., 27th November.. 1869: “Before
closing this letter, I cannot refrain from expressing
my sincere thanks to you for the invention of thebest
Plow now in use. It is the delight of the negro.
Besides doing the best work that I have ever seen any
Plow do. it runs with more ease to the Plowman ana
the draught to the animal is lighter than any Plow I
have ever Eeen. Your Plow has already become a
necessity to me, and I would feel ruined without it.
I am satisfied we have saved thousands of dollars an
nually in mule3 alone. It is the cheapest Plow Ihave
ever used of any kind or description, I am anxious
to bring, if I can, to the notice of my fellow Planters
this most valuable Plow.”
Col. Lockett commenced using these Plows In the
spring of 1868. and now has more than 250 of them on
Jus plantations.
We have testimonials as emphatic from leading
Farmers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia,
Alabama, end Texas, but this will suffice for the most
credulous.
During the present fall this Plow has taken pre
miums at tight Fairs, held in Virginia, North Caro
lina, South Carolina, and Alabama—and the HIGH
EST RATINGS at the great Field Trial in Pennsyl
vania, in August last, when more than Fib XY differ-
Plows were tested.
