He said there are now bat 153 Judges to examine the cases of 30,000 prisoners, inclnding 750 convicts. Even with tho additional oonrta, the Governmentwill probably be obliged to release 12,300 of the prisoners without trial, as it is impossible to sentence more than one hundred monthly.
