One of the moat frightful accidents that ever occurred in this connly, occurred yeaterday learning, at Bailey's Mill, fear miles from the city. At thfe point there is a long, narrow bridge over Rocky Creek, the bridge being about twenty feet high and the bad of the stream very rocky. Yesterday morninp, about 10 o'clock, Messrs. Duke W. Braawel! and Alexindcr 8werney were driving acrcss the bridge in a baggy drawn by a male, when the animal took fright at a loose plank and began to back.
