They swoilo what they oat, and will eat eny-

Their moral karakters are not polished ; they
; ]| D ,i rather steal a rotten turnip, out uya garbage

The male goto ha* two horns on the ridge or
i biz hed, and a mustash on bis bottom lip, and U
i tbo ping ugly of hifi naberhood.
i A maskuline goto will Cte anything, from ah
elephant down to his sbadder on a dad wait
i They strike from their bat end, mated ov thol-
i dcr, and are az likely tew hit as a baifliner it a
i nail hed.
They are a high seasoned animcl, as mutch so

j They are faithful critters, and will stick tew a
frend az longaz he lives in a shanty.
They kan klime anything but a greast pole, and
■ kno the way up i^rock, az natral aza woodbine.
They are az certain to raize az yang ones, sum
familevs are b«(f gotes, and the other haff chil

They arc alwus poor ia tbo boddy, but phatt

outside bust ov a gote.
A phatt gote would be a literary curosity.
They use the same dialckt az tha sheep, aod the
yung ones speak the language more fluently than
! the parionts do.
| Tharo iz only two ttnlirttils ov the earth that
1 will eat tobnkko.—one iz a man tutheriz a gote,
' | lmt the gote understands it the most, for he

! The male gote, when he is pensiv, iz avener-
'' able and philosophy looking old kuss, and would

The Council of Savannah has ap-

tend the jetty at the upper end of
Hutchinson’s Island 300 feet, and to
