The Outrage at the Chincha Islands.— A correspondent of the Philadelphia Ledger, writing from the Chincha Islands of the outrage to Csapf. Whilst there confined a man contrived to speak to him, telling him to eat or drink nothing they gave, as it was poisoned. In this state he was until a doctor, sent down by the minister at Lena to inquire into the affair, demanded to see hnn in the name of the American minister, when he very unwillingly was allowed to see bun. Ou Wednesday, however, a further rel iction oi au J a I cent, having been submitted iu the lower qualities, several buyers came for ward, and the sales reached about 3000 bales, which the first considerable day s business since the opening of the season.
