The case was that of a young lady who had been very sick for eight years, and had consulted a num ber of physicians, who had treated it as one of Prolapsus Uteri. Dr. Butler was then called in, and for a time believed with his predecessors that it was a case of Prolapsus. He was, however, soon forced to the conclusion that his patient was suffering from worms, and after much persuasion, prevailed upon her to take two doses of Dr. M'Lano’s Vermifuge This medicine had the ef fect of removing from her a countless number of the largest size.
