THE ELLIS STREET ICE COMPANY have
received tho greater part of thoir supplies of
ICE for tho season, and now offer it for sale ; first
selling from tho Jackson street Ice House by re
tail at 31 cents per pound, or by the $6 worth
tickets at 3 cents, at which prices not less than 2
pounds will bo sold at a time.
At wholesale to Hotels, Bar Rooms, Soda Foun
tains and other large consumers by the S2O of
tickets at 2 cents, for which not leas than 50 pounds
will bo delivered at a time.
Terms cash, on delivery.

ceive prompt attention. Packages and Blankets
furnished at the customary prices, and tho Ice

HOE’S.
CAST STEEL CIRCULAR AND LONG SAWS
THE subscribers manufacture from the best Cast
Steel, Sircular Saws, from two inches to five
feet in diameter. These Saws are carefully har
dened and temper'd, and are ground and finisliod
by machinery designed expressly for the purpose,
and are therefore much superior in truth and uni
formity of su; face to those ground iu the usual
manner. They require less set, less power to drive
them, and aro not so liable to become heated, and
produce a saving in timber.
They also manufacture Mill Pitt and Cross Cut
Saws and Billet Webs, of superior quality, all of
which tbfcy have for sale at thoir Ware Rooms, 20
and 31 Gold street, or they may ho obtained of
tho principal Hardware Houses in the United
States.
